    I have an 04 International with a C-15 435hp, with a 10 sp eaton fuller
    tranny.

What I want to do is replace the stock muffler with an aftermaket one
that will let the engine breath and create horsepower and increase mpg.

I would like some advice on which ones would be best for this, and which
    ones worked well for you.

    Thanks

Donaldson M100463 ( straight thru but quiet flows over 3200 cfm ) if you have standard mufflers. if its underneath, resonator or Pitt Power has a direct replacement

    Coonass Thanks this.

The muffler is standard being at the back of the truck not underneath.

I was looking at Pittsburgh Power's mufflers last night seem to be very
    reasonably priced at $158.20...

Does anyone have one of these on their truck(s)?

I was told they are the same as the Donaldson M100463.

you cann find that donaldson for about a third of what pitsburg sells it for. same thing they sell. call napa with the part number they should sell it, just make sure it's the donaldson and they aren't cross referencing the number as the other brand may not be the same

The Donaldson M100463 is the exact same muffler Pitts' Power sells. Buy this muffler, a standard muffler with the baffles knocked out of it doesn't flow as well and ends up being noisier.

I've had a Walker Mega Flow on my T-800 for probably 3 years now. I don't know how it compares to the Donaldson, but its certainly better than a stock muffler. Seems like its well built, has some kind of aluminized stuff sprayed over the welds, doesn't show any signs of rusting yet.

walker is close to the donaldson according to spec sheet, a littel more back pressure.its not the outside that goes frist,it's the inside gets plugeed up abd restrickes the flow first. its like shocks look ok but have failed on the inside. have looked at bruces [pp] and pdi's moufflers there both the same and made by donaldson. even have donaldson part # stamped on them
