So, I guess I'm just gonna have hubby strap a big, huge honkin' generator to the catwalk. So that when the tractor engine is off, per regulations, we can start up that generator for our heat/AC, and fridge, eh??

Anti Idling rules should force companies to install APU's on all trucks.

Just because they say they are incorporating the laws, does not mean they will enforce the laws.

I have yet to see any officer go by a truck stop when its 15 degrees outside and start thumping on cabs to write a ticket for idling.
