    still no luck, all the companies are telling me no because I’m on probation even tho my probation officer has cleared me to leave the state…I have no felony convictions!!

    That's probably what's messing you up. You'll need to clear up the pending case, then apply. Also, if it's felony probation, the crime committed could play a factor too. I'm not asking you to disclose that, as that's your business. I really think the pending case is messing you up though. Do you know when it will close?
