Just read the wiki entry on NEMF,
There were allegations of mob ties. How come no one has mentioned this yet?

I'm a total outsider to this. Was this a known issue?

 

Northeast trucking? Say it ain’t so. (Carretta Trucking, APA) Just 2 that had notorious mob ties. And just one last thought, transportation, food service and taxi service are the Mob’s stronghold. Just sayin’

 

Regulations kill business. Its as simple as that.

The govt, especially since obama, doesnt care if businesses prosper, unless youre big tech or amazon.

I doubt the mob's in trucking anymore. They like profitable businesses.

Now load brokers on the other hand,,,,

 

So today I spotted one of their daycabs going west on i80 in Indiana. No trailer

 

On his way back to the lien holder.

 

I have only seen a handful of their trucks over the years, and that is the exact place I have ever seen them.
