hello everyone, I used to work for a small rock hauling company as a truck foreman, I lost my job several years ago and need to renew my DL, but I can't without a current DOT medical card..........I do not want to give up my CDL , but if I don't find a place that does DOT physicals in my area Citrus Co Florida, zip 34452 I will have to drop back to a class E ....
I'm totally lost, I have searched the web and I don't have a regular DR. cause I don't have insurance
if anyone has a link or name of a place with in about 40 miles of me, please let me know ASAP...thank you

Go into the phone book and start calling around,some walk-in clinics do DOT phys.Also you can download a DOT medical card off the FMCSA web site for free if needed to.
Question tho,why do you need a DOT medical card in order to keep your CDL???
When I got my CDL they never ask me if I had one,do they required it now in order to renew your CDL? -

I had already googled and called every place close to me
, none did them that is why I asked here, I found a place, a walk in and went today, unfortunately it was about 30 min away, thanks for your help
