I've got a couple studs that broke off when I pulled the top off to change air filters. Does anybody know the proper way to replace them?

Freightliner has no good way to do it. I went with cutting the welds on the old broken studs. Then getting stainless steel bolts with 3/8" threaded body clips and just screwed them in from the top. the right way to do it is, remove the housing and grind off the old weld. Then weld in new grade 8 stainless steel bolts.
