From a 2003 International 9200i, The fittings are leaking. Not the push in connection, they are leaking around the snap ring. I need some help to know how to fix them. Is there an o-ring in there somewhere? Is it something that is easy to fix?

    Thanks

How do these fittings come out of the air tank. I need to replace one but not sure how to get it out. I removed the snap ring but now what?

I realize this is an old thread but I'm running into the same problem and hoping to get some insight.
I was able to have a shop replace the one on the bottom picture. It took some work but they got the old one out. International had the part, easy to find.
International cannot however seem to know what the fitting in the top pic is, they can't locate it by using my vin number. Any idea where I can find the fitting or how to ask for it?
I know I can have it removed and then look for it but I'm trying to minimize down time. The last one they removed was destroyed in the process so there's a possibility that a rebuild kit wouldn't work. :-/

    thanks

If you cant find the right one to replace it once you have it out, you could replace it with one of the ones you replaced before. Then just get a push lock with the same size airline with a 1/4" male pipe and screw a cap on it.

Sorry to say, but it is easier to replace the tank. It will come with all new fittings already installed. They leak normally due to rust. They are very hard to remove and normally get damaged even more when removed so the new kit will leak just as bad. We gave up wasting time trying to replace the fittings.
