Need help (speeding in weigh station?)

Nothing will happen. Obey the speed limit and that will lower your stress.

Good question...I've never done that before. Where was the weigh station?

 

Why didn't you slow down? I know some drivers that have gotten tickets but they were sent to the company then the company addressed the issue with them. I don't know the outcome.

 

Well at least you weren't one of the guys doing 20 mph when the sign says maintain 45 mph!!!

That camera was probably just a sensor activated thing to capture dot numbers as they drive by. Nothing to do with speed. The scale house near me has the same thing but it’s located on the highway right before the prepass sensor.

I wouldn’t worry. Had you rolled through the entire weigh station at 60 they would probably hunt you down, but you did slow down so... yeah just be more careful next time.
