Need a little help..with a 2020 W990

Hope everyone’s weekend is going well. So here’s the scoop:

boss bought me a 2021 w990 heavy haul. She’s a great truck. Barely broke in. Been running great. I just lost all three accessory plugs in the sleeper and the fuses I located are just fine… shouldn’t need a new socket does it?

also, ac has been blowing cold and great. Shut it off over night in gym on, crawled into Colorado and Wyoming the next day wasn’t needed. Woke up this morning turned everything to defroster, slightly warm, and drove. Turned it off when I got to rock springs. Came down into utah and no cold air would come out. When I stopped I confirmed clutch wasn’t engaged, check relay and fuse, all is well. I’m stumped…
