    should be common? if your trying to match the exact tread pattern or model that is currently on your truck you may have issues as tire manufactures can and will change tire designs and discontinue models ect on a regular basis. but as long as you change both it should be non issue to go with something slightly different than what you currently have.

    285 r 75 22.5 isnot that frequent , i look it up on bridgestone website, and every1 is saying that is best to have all around the same size!!! but the sales man that one sale me some aeolas is telling me the the 295/r 75 22.5 is basically the same thing

    I believe the OP is talking about the difference between 22.5 low pros and standard--a 22.5 standard is the same size as a 24.5 low pro but on a 22 rim---BIT I see no problem w/runnin 22.5 standard on steer w/22.5 low pro rest of way around--lots do it with 24--low pros on trk/trl tall on steers--kinda of an ol skool less heat on steer tire reasoning--not sure it really matters
    So if this IS the ???? and form the OP wordin Im still not sure--BUT--since you have 22 rims--if you are havin trouble findin 22 standards--you can go lo pro w/same rims
