Is there companies won’t hire a neck tattooed driver, it’s a small word says Jesus. I doubt it’s offensive
Would that be an issue?

There's more that will hire, than won't.
ducnut Thanks this. -
How much experience do you have?
Where is your location? -
Depends on the company. I don't see how they could discriminate like that, but it is trucking.
Coffey Thanks this. -
I don't have an issue with it, hired a few in the past but some customers are not ok with it, even one kicking us off their property a few years back when the driver was all tatted up.
tscottme and austinmike Thank this. -
Most companies prefer you get their logo as a neck tattoo.
CatchUp, JSanborn103, Aamcotrans and 20 others Thank this. -
It's winter, wear a turtleneck to orientation.
By the time they find out nobody will give a #### if you can drive.
And if they do, sue for religious discrimination.BennysPennys, M22 rockcrusher and austinmike Thank this. -
CatchUp, Jubal Early Times, JoeyJunk and 5 others Thank this.

Likely you knew it would be when you got it.
And it is likely that you placed it there to be an issue, on some level.
If it does turn out to be an issue, well, you got what you bargained for.
There are companies that advertise Jesus right on their trucks, so perhaps you should try those.JoeyJunk, silverspur, Oxbow and 2 others Thank this. -
With the prevalence of tattoos in today’s society, I don’t see it being an issue. A prospective employer should care more about one’s cleanliness, given all the filthy truck drivers I encounter, each day.
Where I currently work, they only care about the application process and phone interview. They have no idea what one’s appearance is going to be, until orientation day.BennysPennys Thanks this.
