    My company let drivers pick their own gift from online company. Nothing to great but you could get backpack or winter hat or baseball cap or T-Shirts or hoodies or blanket or Pickleball set. The online company will put the company logo on what you pick.

    Also M-F the are randomly pick 2 drivers each day and they will get some gift. They have not said what the gifts are but probably something a little better.

    We got to pick from 4 things. Care pack to clean truck, care pack for driver like shower stuff, care pack to cook food in like a lunchbox oven and a gift card. Not much but it’s something. And if we can stop into a terminal there’s supposed to be pre packed food snacks. So its something.
