I have NASTC also but nothing is linked for their payment
I set it up with a line of credit and I get billed then pay it that way

I do think that they have a direct pay also where they automatically pull funds

I use WEX Fleet One. Their app shows you all stations that take it, along with their address and phone number. Good for smaller places like Onvo, Pride, Stripes, etc. Here's what my normal discounts look like in the NE: 20210425_184257.jpg 20210425_184243.jpg 20210425_184229.jpg 20210425_184215.jpg 20210425_184201.jpg 20210425_184147.jpg

I just signed up to NASTC and got the wex fleet one as well. Excited to get started.
Hey @GYPSY65 can you pay off the fleet one each week with a rewards card? Right now it’s set to do a weekly ACH.

That would be pretty sweet to get rewards on top of the savings!

Did they make you sign up for anything? Like safety courses or junk like that? Fees?

I pay each week with my bank acct but when we talked to them they said that they are going to be accepting a CC as payment soon
If so then it’s a win - win for CC points unless they have that 3% card use fee some are starting to do

Some places that want to charge me the CC % fee to buy from them usually get the “ I’m not interested then “ approach unless I really need their product

Otherwise I see it as they offer the card service to draw in more business but then want to charge me, that more business customer the fees

    Another thing with NASTC

Don’t always shop discount but rather price
Some mom and pop places may only have a $0.20 discount but their pump price might already be $0.45 less than pilot across the street

No, it was really easy and only took a couple days, then a couple days to get setup with the Wex Fleet One. The cards were overnighted and it’s ready to go. The cost was $400 and that’s yearly it seems.

If I’m not mistaking, you have more than one driver?
I believe this card allows you to govern the other drivers cards with set limits a d uses instead of a free for all credit line

Yeah it has a limit per day for fuel and DEF. Also the “atm” part is shut off so there are no advances. The payment part I’ll have to figure out for buying things but I believe there is some sort of code needed that dispatch gives the driver.

Like Comdata the driver enters their truck number and odometer each time.

Triple C and GYPSY65 Thank this.
