Popped the hood this afternoon and noticed this plug was kinda greasy. Truck ran fine but just noticed it.Took a little brake clean and sprayed it somewhat clean, after the engine had cooled. What exactly is the name for this piece going into the head, part number and best way to remedy what I’m seeing.

The pic is from after I sprayed it with brake clean and it kinda appears that oil may be leaking from the plug receptacle.

Best way to remedy the problem is pull the boat anchor out and sell it for scrap iron price .

That's called an injector pass thru.
I would change all of them. They aren't too expensive, just a few bucks.

There is an o-ring on those pass though connectors , if you pull them might as well replace the connector, they have been known to go bad.
mile marker 27 Thanks this. -
By chance, is the part number the same for a Celect and Celect +?
-
Nor the fact that those motors have a history of having issuses with the injector harness & the pass throughs
But you rest assured they are very reliable about being unreliable -
