the penny came from the U.S. Mint.
the locking snap ring may be from a wrist pin..???
can't say about the brass pieces..HoneyBadger67, magoo68, Bakerman and 1 other person Thank this. -

Its an external snap ring so doubt its from a wrist pin. What about from a rocker shaft? Brass looks like a bushing, looks to be similar in diameter as the snap ring. Maybe a bushing from the rocker shaft?
pushbroom, rolls canardly and BoxCarKidd Thank this. -
Way to small in both cases.
Did just replace the fuel supply pump. Was leaking oil inthe crankcase. Bushing is to large for that shaft as well as the centrimax filter.
Engine does not have jakes. -

Turbo? Appears fine.

U have a puzzle, my friend.
Get out the Vernier calipers, and measure ID of the external Snap ring.
Also draw the guesstimated diameter the radius of the brass pieces give you.
Between the oil pan and top of your motor there is a lot of real estate,
but narrow it down with Dimensions U come up with from measurements, and type of Matl.BoxCarKidd Thanks this. -
Valve keepers and a snap ring from a rocker perhaps?
BoxCarKidd Thanks this. -
