I started with sweet express on Wednesday and this is my account of them. i know there's not a lot of info about them out here so ill tell what i know and what i experience. Sweet express is a smaller company based out of grand rapids, michigan. as of right now they have about 240 trucks. they run dry van, no reefer. they cover all 48 states. trucks were recently raised to 72 mph. they flew me orientation and put me up in my own room in a nice comfort Inn, whch surprised me. my orientation class had 5 people and they said that was a big class for them. the company is owned by 2 bosnian brothers, but from what i have witnessed so far and what i have heard, they truly treat their drivers like family. i witnessed them let a driver go due to too many accidents in a 6 month period and they got him another job before he left. orientation is 3 days long. im on my first load now, from grand rapids, michigan to laredo,tx.
My sweet express experience.

I am thinking about applying there on monday. I live 30 minutes from grand rapids. Do you know if they will accept a valid current med card? What kind of truck did they put you in? Thanks!

Elogs now? Friend of mine used to work for them 10-15 years ago, he would run illegal as he could on paper.... No idea what they're doing now.
