MY Pepsi Experience

Well good day all. I have been all over these forums lately but I think I might have found a home. Anyway enough of that. Here is my hiring process for Pepsi.

Feb 6, 2016 - applied for Delivery Driver - FT/Days (CDL A) in Philadelphia, PA

Apr 14, 2016 - received email stating
Congratulations! We would like to invite you to continue with the next step of the hiring process, which is a face to face interview.
(Once scheduled you will receive a confirmation email of you interview.)

Apr 23, 2016 - had interview at 0900. Very short and to the point. They asked about 6 questions. Once they are done they will say do you have any questions trust me ask questions.

Apr 24, 2016 - received a email that stated
Congratulations! Pepsi Beverages Company is excited to extend a contingent offer of employment for the Delivery Driver position, located in Philadelphia, PA. The starting rate of pay for this position is ??.??(if paid on an hourly basis). If the position is commission based, the starting pay information is provided below.

Mileage Rate (only applies for Driver roles that pay mileage only):

Apr 26, 2016 - you will receive emails to continue the process. One step is the background check. Another step is the drug test and DOT physical. The final step is a driver qualification form that you fill out online.

My next step is my drug screen and dot physical on Thursday. I will keep this as up to date as possible.

 

Not sure yet. I will let you know when I get there.

 

There is that one and a smaller location in SW Philly near the airport.

 

Well I did receive the email saying they receive my application so I don't know if that counts but yes about 2 months.

 

Ok a little update. I took my drug test and DOT physical on Thursday the 28th. I am assuming I passed the DOT physical since I received my DOT card that same day. I don't do any illegal drugs so I know my drug test will come back in my favor. Just waiting to hear from Pepsi to do a road test.
