I have a egr delta pressure code come on a lot. I have had everything cleaned or replaced and it stays off for a while then comes right back on. I am spending a lot of money and can't afford to keep this up.

Check wiring harness for short, rubbing, chafing.

Common problem on MX Engines is the wiring harness.

    ncmickey and Lepton1 Thank this.
  4. check harness that connects ecm to harness as well as overhead harness.

    you have a ground issue

May be a grounding issue on the frame underneath the passenger side where the harness rubs. It triggered that code several times on our 2013 Peterbilts.

    peterbilt_2005 Thanks this.
