I just got a job with them, will start the training process next week. LTL work they have terminals around California and Nevada and one in AZ i believe.
Any of you worked for them? What should I expect? I believe they said .32cents a mile or $16 an hour wait time and dock time.
Is that good or bad or am I feeding the beast?

I have seen several sets of their doubles here in redding,ca at the TA in the last 12 hours. Must be busy but from what I can tell it looks like beat up retired equipment from fedex.

32 cpm! That's crazy low for LTL!!! They have to be paying more than that. Well wait, Reddaway starts us at 36 cpm then it goes to 39 cpm after 90 days and tops at I think 51 or 52 cpm. So maybe that is right since they are a smaller company.

Are you working out of the West Sac terminal for Wallace Lester? I inquired about a job there and when talking to him I was told that the wage is $16/hour. Drivers top out at 20/hour over the course of 4 years. I was offered another local job pulling tanks so I declined the invitation to take a test drive. Good luck!
