I have a 2000 freightliner classic xl and the seat is wore out and im wanting to replace it. I have back pains from a car wreck years ago and was wondering what is the most comfortable air ride seat?

Check out Superior Seats inc you can custom make the seat that fits you best.

Best seat that I've had, was in the tour bus I drove.
It wasn't cheap, but you could sit in it 10 hours and it felt like 5 minutes.

I suggest a Bostrom HD model. I love them and they have several versions. The wide ride is the one I'd get.
I have a Elite seat now and it's junk. The bottom cushion is hard and does not extend out far enough. The arm rests don't sit even and rattle and the lumbar does not work very well.
Just my .02 -
I hear Isringhausen does very well for people with back pains.

Whatever is in a 96 Peterbilt 379. You can adjust it 9000 ways and it has a lever to make it slide when you hit the bumps to take any back slap out and arm rest. Believe it was a Bostrom. Try a small pillow behind your hips too.

Bose, http://www.bose.com/controller?url=/bose_ride_system/faqs.jsp but you can't afford it. Try a wedge cushion from relax the back store(about $75) really helped my back
