A big two Thumbs-Up for the shipping clerk at this facility!

If you've never been there, trucks are let in one by one, each having to pull up to the gate and speak to her through the speaker. It's a slow, tedious process, and I didn't help matters any by not having the right number, but she was patient, helpful, and between the two us we finally figured my people had combined two numbers. Took her nearly 10 minutes...I offered to pull around, but she hung with it.

Went in to get my paperwork after loading, and she's going a mile a minute with this, that, the other, and more...all the while apologizing to me and another driver for the delays.

She never lost her sense of humor or her smile....a really nice ending to the day.

 

Yessir...but I'm sure with their setup, she gets an awful lot of grief, which makes her pleasant attitude all the more impressive.
