I currently work for MDS and have been with them for almost 2 years. I drive team and we get paid salary of $900 a week each. You only get home every other weekend and if you let them they will run you more. Stephanie is a really great person and will help you any way she can. Mike Barker on the other hand will not. I had heard a lot of people talk bad about him and now I know its true. He seems like a really great guy when you first meet him but he's not. I am in the process of finding another job!

I have been VERY DISSATISFIED with MDS, Morristown from day 1. First off they put my husband in the truck with a female trainer. I think this is just morally wrong. This is not a trust issue this just isnt right. I emailed safety to talk to someone about how unhappy I was with this situation and NOONE ever emailed or called me back. My husband had mechanical problem after mechanical problem with his truck. Yes I got to ride with him, but, this truck left us broken down in NoGales AZ, right on the Mexican border with little to no assistance from the mechanics. We ended up spending a very sleepless night in an IHOP parking lot that was not the safest place to be. It was towed the next morning after the load was unloaded. The tow truck driver picked us up and was packing. He even waved the gun in the air after we were rolling down the road to a repair shop. Once we got back to the shop in Tennessee they worked on the truck but the truck was still skipping and not running well.My Husband was still sent out on a trip to New England. That was a trip in itself. The trailer was loaded heavy and was almost max gross, and the brakes did not work properly on that trailer. It failed to stop going up hill. Husband hit a vehicle in the rear end. Do you think they cared to hear that their equipment was faulty even with paperwork from TA? Nope.. There have been numerous incidences of flat tires on their trailers as well. Tires that were not even the same put on the truck after a flat tire. The list goes on and on. When I see the billboard on the side of I-40 that says OUR DRIVERS ARE IMPORTANT TO US, I laugh because that is the biggest lie I I have ever seen in print. If you are thinking about coming to work for MDS think long and hard and really look at their Newer equipment.
