More AS-Tronic gearbox problems

Hey sorry if its a bit long winded, just wondering if anyone could shine a little bit of light onto an issue I'm having with a DAF 85 CF truck 2008 with AS-tronic 12 speed box.

Truck stopped on road and towed into garage with all the codes listed below. Permanent red transmission warning light.
Description

1. Clutch Switching error It doesn’t open Error code: 118 MEM
2. Splitter (GV) Tire radius It doesn't diseng. Error code: 148 MEM
3. Braking degrees selector FS2 Gear selector CANBIT 2 Generic error Error code: 173 MEM
4. ECU Configuration will be sent to the device and then processed in the ECU... EEPROM access error Error code: 192 MEM

Checking wiring all around chassis we found lots of corroded looms and repaired all the corroded sections. Repairing the wiring allowed all these codes to clear.

But then when you start the vehicle the red light comes on after the a few seconds with "117 clutch learning fault". The clutch disc was worn low, about 1mm left, so we replaced with new clutch kit. Fault 117 still on system. We relearned the new "clutch gasket wear" option in Texa Diagnostics to "-297mm" and this code cleared. So now it starts and idles with no red lights. though still not driving

When you try to engage a gear we have a "115 base change not engaging" with red transmission warning. Though 50% of the time the gear will engage but the truck will not move and the selected gear flashes "2a" or "1" will blink repeatedly. Thanks for reading Any suggestions,?
