MIL and CEL on Bad acm or line heater short

    Ok I have a 2016 cascadia DD15, I parked my truck for a week and came back and started it to charge the batteries and got fault code SPN 3599 FMI 4 both CEL and MIL are on so my question is how often does the ACM go bad on these trucks or is this more likely to be a short in the harness?
