Green Products Company (near Conrad, Iowa) has got couple trucks open. Most of our miles are reefer, but we do have some hopper/walking floor driving for the processing side of our business too. Our trucks are spec'ed nicely and exclusively Kenworth. After our next round of replacements comes in this summer, we won't have much older than 4-5 years.
Our driver turnover has been around 25% for the last couple years. That's almost four times lower than the industry average. When we talk to current drivers, they come and stay because of the culture (a.k.a. we're not jerks), fair pay and good benefits. It's hard to put a value on the benefits in $$ terms, but the health insurance is very good. You can check on the whole package on the website.
