Mercedes actros engine ECU faulty

thank you Pablo, in the end after verifiying all electrical circuit, terminal 50... one earth point near to the engine starter, was broken! now every thing work perfectly

 

Can u tell me how to start engine because I have same problem . Is there a possibility to bypass the sistem ? Thank you in advance

Immobilizer problems.

Mercedes uses starter wire to transper code. And I think you had problem with starter and starter relay

Please i need your help regarding the Problem i frequently experienced here with Mercedes Actros 3340 fitted with transponder Key MR.
In fact, following the situation of all key lost, when i remove the MR and program a New transponder to the Truck using dump from the MR eeprom either 93c66 or 93c86, the engine will start pretty well with the key program but will not accelerate.Any action on the accelerator pedal has no effect on the engine RPM.But when the FR is removed the Engine can accelerate.
Please i such case what can be done?

 

hi .. i have actros mp2 3348 ( mr with no fults code ) but only the 4 cylinders on the right half of the engine working .... the injectors are new so the unit pumps what do i do ...

I Have the identical problem on MB Atego, VIN WDB9505021K536956, 2000 year.

The only error is 0 40 24, and engine works only in Limp mode.

This error means 3 possible problems right?
- Bad back up processor,
- Bad FLASH or
- Bad main processor
