I don't care if the company sees this or not. I was told since orientation my pay would be between a certain range and I never saw the numbers they mentioned. I got paid just as much driving to Ohio as I did to California. I had to jump through hoops and speak to all sorts of management to get miles that others were getting no problem. Favoritism. The straw that broke the camels back was after I email a recruiter my concerns she basically tells me Im a know it all , and should run for illegal companies. I'll not get into that , but my email contained nothing but concerns and a want to understand. Another stunt was my truck was suppose to be swapped out on a certain day and instead of waiting like they said , they have it sent to Peterbilt with all my stuff in it . I urge anyone in east TN area to beware of this company as it is not just me who has been taken advantage of but several others , only a few here are happy and have somehow managed to hold on. If you challenge them to produce there promise , they will be passive aggressive constantly. There is no one there that communicates on the level they should and they believe it is there hard work instead of the driver that makes the company. I stand firm that it is the driver , no matter what , that sacrifices to make a company money and success . And as such we should be treated decently . The recruiter said they did everything to accommodate me , nope, I went to California for under a grand and made the same travelling everywhere else . Granted I know my deductions , but even gross it didn't sum up to the range I was told in orientation. I was drawn here because it is smaller and I thought I wouldn't be just some number . No one in administration performs to the level that you would expect . I am a veteran as well and I know tactfulness but I'm telling you it's all I could do to not lose my mind on this person after the email I received. So Monday I quit and will go to another company that hopefully will not produce lies . MDS , Morristown Driver Services, not what they are saying they are .

 

I agree , they all go on , but some guys are really happy with what they got . Even if a number . No , they do a little bit of everything. OTR, dedicated, hotshot, dump truck . Owner is some multi company billionaire.
