I just want to throw this out there, even though were a small company (4 trucks), I cannot tell you how happy I am here. Home every weekend, percentage pay, paid time off, etc. And I get to drive a ###### truck.

I’m not micromanaged, I’m pretty much left to do my thing. The customers I deal with are all pretty awesome. Most of our freight is farm/construction equipment going to/from auctions and dealerships, and sometimes end users. No tarps, ever. Stepdeck and Detach trailer freight only.

I wish more companies were like this out here. It makes trucking enjoyable again!
