Run the engine, and run the DSI de-aeration several times. It's two different tests, one will charge the DSI and the other will dump that pressure to the injector. Use this purge the air out. Then retry your regen. The ECM is too picky and too quickly watches for the correct pressure when starting a regen and gives up too easily.

I haven’t tried this yet but once I get the truck back I will give this a try. I was fortunate enough to get the soot level lower so the truck went back out in the road. I’ll let you know once I get my hands on it. Thanks HeavyD!

Ok so we got our hands on it again because it's having the same issue. It's requesting for a regen back to back. Soot level isn't going down. Tried doing the force regen and the AFT Fuel Shutoff CTL starts off in "disable" for a couple seconds and then jumps back over to "enable" which is not allowing any fuel to come out of the dozer injector. I have tried purging the DSI about 50-100 times. ECM is still kicking it over to "enable" which shuts off the injector doser. Any thoughts on what else is happening here?

Again, it's a new dozer injector and new dsi unit.

Oh btw, soot level wasn't going down with a parked regen, but after me purging the dozer injector, the doc outlet and dog filter temps got up to about 1300 degrees and that got the soot level lowered to about 15% after about an hour of messing with the truck.

Long shot, but this has happened to me... On your DSI unit, the two wire sensor connectors can be switched by mistake and will plug into each other and if they are backwards, you will get no codes and nothing will happen. Try to switch those two connectors and retry.
