I've added an over inflate switch for my airbags using a Air solenoid thats normally closed and added a T into my air bag fitting. This helps with picking up trailers that might be to high. Anyway What is the MAX air pressure i could fill these bags till before they pop? I'm wanting to add another Air Solenoid that shuts the air off in the Leveling Valve so my truck doesn't have to fight with building air.

I wouldn’t worry about it. I’ve had as much as 110. Regularly 90.

Set a couple up like that to get into short. steep docks. Would raise up to the top of the shocks. 120-130 psi, never blew one.

Should say on the airbag itself. Usually 100 psi is about what most are rated for

My Cascadia came from the factory with an over inflate switch. I've had them well over 100 psi.

KW offers one for my truck but it's $3,000 to have it installed. Did my setup for under $200 lol

Did it for the cost of a Tee fitting. They never used the 5th wheel slide so took that line to the airbags.

A second t-fitting and 2 shutoff valves mounted at the 5th wheel slider solid mount works really well. It works for adding height to the 5th wheel when pulling a RGN too. I got out to change the valves to slide the 5th and ran with the slider disabled and the highrise on the slider switch all the time.

I thank over extension is more of a problem then pressure. Shocks or straps if correct should stop over extension.
