Your the first one that has ever asked about the hotel. Most want to know about the company, orientation, the road test, the pay, the anything but the hotel.....:biggrin_25523: Your only going to be there a couple days it ain't a retirement center for assisted living...:biggrin_25523: Students have a roommate. TV lounge downstairs. Free laundry etc. Drivers get single rooms. They was in the process of building another hotel. Do not know if it is complete or not. The hotel is neat and clean. Serves it's purpose for orientation.

like ANY motel, DO NOT USE the bureaus for storing your clothing. keep you stuff IN YOUR bag or suitcase, keep it locked too. you DO NOT want housekeeping from prying into your stuff, or the roaches to get in (actually they are both in my opinion).

any company motel I stayed at, had a tv in the room. laundry room was in a different area.

and in today's world, really, watch out for the bed bugs. an all too real problem these days.

other than that.......just hope your roommate doesn't fart in his sleep, or snore so badly it keeps you awake. and if you feel something go "bump" in the night, turn on the light right away, as he may have jumped into bed with you......:biggrin_255:

and if a bunch of guys get together to buy pizza, remember, what a pizza costs. so if the guy ordering then asks for way too much money, bow out and get your own, as he's trying to make money off of you.

never be late for the bus, mini van, what ever......if you snooze, you lose.....EVERYTHING.....so make sure you get your wake up calls, or bring your own alarm clock.

oh yeah, make sure your "roomy" ain't like John Candy in the movie, Planes, trains and automobiles, and he uses ALL the towels....!!!

    other than that........

    well............

    what can i say........

"sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite"...!!!

There is no renting. The hotel is on company property inside a secured gate. No buses to catch. Get up and walk 50 yards to the classroom. There is no check in, no desk. It is just a building. The bottom floor is the drivers lounge. Rooms are upstairs.
