    Out of Flint Michigan. I feel I owe it to the company to let people know how great they are to their workers who don't cry like babies. I hired in with only a year OTR experience from Swift. They took a chance with me and I'm forever grateful. I'm almost 1 year in and as long as they stay operating like this, I plan on retiring from here

    Cake runs. Right now I'm doing Flint MI to El Paso TX as a team. Leave Wednesday and get back on Saturday Night or Sunday morning. Plan on solo for the winter. Never had to reset on the road. Tonight was the first time I've even had to do laundry on the road but I could have waited. Dispatch (99% of the time) is always cool and will help out if you ask. Mike (the guy in charge) is the most approachable boss I've ever had. Hilarious dude.

    After I get a year or so in (from Swift too BTW :) ) I was goning to look into Matrix. How is the pay there? And I see they do Class and B (and van), Does either one have more hometime? Also, as it is expedited, are most regular runs or does one need to be waiting by the phone to get a load?

    I'm am owner operator of an Expitite Class B Rig, does this company lease on outside trucks and if so what is the rate per mile?

    My advice is simply give then a call. I would say no, just off the fact they have bout 10 straight trucks parked that I haven't seen moved in months. Of course they could be parked as they are now using o/o's....
