Yup 25 years out here and not once have I've been inspected during blitz. Now scales were open and working as usual weighing wagon etc but no inspections.
But as I say if you a driver in a semi you and the vehicle should be able to pass inspections all day long, if not get off the road and get it fixed.
Marked safe from blitz.

I've been driving since 1996. I have never took the blitz week off and never avoided the scalehouses giving the inspections either. And I had never been picked for an inspection. Until last Tuesday morning at the Easbound scale near Vicksburg. Level one with no violations but the cop said they didn't have any stickers.

The stickers mean squat anyway.
But this year I saw very few trucks pulled in for inspection, in my neck of the woods.
I had a green light every time.mitmaks and silverspur Thank this. -
I must be unlucky lol. I got pulled in 10 times last year. Clean pass every time granted save for ONCE and that was having two red gladhands after i broke a corroded blue one and used the spare i had which happened to have a red handle and never bothered to get a blue one for since they are marked on the catwalk the hose the fitting and the fact i have a handle on the blue one so i can reach without needing to get on my catwalk.... still salty about THAT #### ticket. $108 for the wrong color gladhand my ###...
