    Marathon Petroleum has some openings in Louisville for local class A gas haulers. You don’t need experience hauling gas. You do need a class A CDL with haz-mat and tanker endorsements. If you have ever thought about getting off of the road, this is an excellent opportunity. Marathon pays an hourly wage and has great benefits that includes a pension. I wish I had found this job 20 years ago.

    Marathon just bought out tesoro here in Cali. Will be interesting to see if they step up the pay for their private fleet of Arco drivers. Hell the common carriers are getting big raises KAG is going to 30hr and superior will be at 32hr all with O.T.

    Marathon is hiring in Argo/Summit IL, too. They are building a pad at the Kinder Morgan terminal. They have a sign at the Speedway outside advertising a 4-day work week...

    @chemster do you know if they hire new CDL drivers? I am in CDL school and test Thursday for my license. I am waiting on my hazmat papers so I can get the endorsement (hopefully to coincide with my license this week ;) )
