Man Hit By Two Semi Trucks

Not sure what the make of truck has to do with this unfortunate situation, 2 miles is pretty far, you mean the cop did nothing? Probably suicidal anyway.

 

Least he didn’t freeze sitting in a cold broken down car. So would this be the troopers fault for not letting him in his car, you know was idling with heater on?

 

Heck no. We weren't there and we're reading a news story which might be 25% accurate but most likely the trooper was out of his car as it says 'working the wreck'. These days would a trooper let a citizen sit in his car while he wasn't in it?

 

ah, put him the back, can’t get out, but can’t take off in it either.

 

That might be against protocol considering that the man is not being detained or arrested.

On top of that, the man would not be able to get out of the back seat by himself which could qualify as unlawful restraint or kidnapping.

 

but it’s cold outside. Now some driver will be write up for not having a white sheet, and knowing he made dude a smear in the street.
