I have nothing great to say about this carrier working for them in 2024. Dispatch was spotty at best after my first week. I had to keep requesting load by phone because would not be sent after my deliver via eld like I was told. The company expanded from 300 truck capacity in 2023 to 600 trucks in 2024. So I think I had enough of the growing pains. They will hire you for otr and you will be stuck running loads from Fargo, to west Chicago, and the Elk Grove village terminal often. And if your paperwork is not sent via the scan app on the last day of weekly period you do not get paid that week. One more bit of info the Magnum repair shops at the terminals do not have enough staff to repair truck or do oil changes, so you may wait on the weekend for that. And no coffee in driver lounges that I could find, so that upset me as well.

I drove for them from Thanksgiving 2021 to end of January 2023 and never had a problem contacting dispatch, and i ran a lot more than just Chicago and back.
I agree with the shop being understaffed but what shop isn’t these daysLane=addict Thanks this. -
That "no coffee in the driver lounges" would DEFINITELY be a deal breaker for me!
