Anyone tell me how to bypass the low coolant level sensor. I removed the sensor to clean and when reinstalling the sensor broke. How do you bypass the sensor temporary

Join the wires, or clips of the plug with a piece of wire or a paper clip or something. Just complete the circuit.

I think you need a resistor which puts you back to square one. The ECM sends like a 5V reference signal and expects like a 1V return.

You can try jumping. It won't hurt anything. Vehicles can have different set ups.

    No engine override?

I have a 2019 T680 with the same problem. I hacked a solution to the problem with a magnet and 2022 version of baling wire. All alarm lights and sounds are off and truck runs fine. Just do your precheck and eyeball the antifreeze reservoir, keep an eye on your engine temperature gauge and use your nose to sniff out any antifreeze odor. You don't need no stinking low coolant sensor. Pics are attached.

I have a 2018 579 and I just replaced my coolant reservoir due to the coolant level float in it decided to stick and not float any longer.

I replaced the reservoir and no I have the low coolant alarm going off when I am stopped. When I go over 3 mph it stops.
I tried the old oem sensor and two after market sensors and its the same thing. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe a connector issue?

Spread pins are common as is broken wires inside the insulation. Pull test the wires within a foot or two of the sensor.
