I just picked up a 94 W900L and I was doing a brake check on it today. It's not giving me any audible nor visual warning at 60psi and the valve doesn't pop out at 20psi either. Anyone with a KW have any input?

In my opinion if you are down to 20 psi and the park brake valve has not poped out it is bad. Was that what you meant?
94 KW is a bit new for me. However if you build air pressure, turn the engine off, turn the key on, drain primary or secondary tank, the light and alarm should come on. Repeat that process and drain the other tank. The alarms should also function. Know of trucks being put out of service for no audible warning and one had a light. Must have an audible alarm in my my opinion.
Is it yours? -
No light warning. No buzzer. No pop valve pop out. Nothing.

The low air warning switch should have 2 wires conn. by screws to a round switch thats put into air lines on the R. of steering col. under dash

What if he has a wig wag, and doesn't realize why the wig wag keeps smacking him in the head while looking at the dash for a light or sound.
Chances are he doesn't have an aftermarket wig wag, but that would be f'n funny.snowman_w900 Thanks this. -
How many drivers these days would even know what a wig wag is?

I honestly only learned of a wig wag before my cdl, when I was learning to be a heavy equipment mechanic. We covered air brakes for a portion, and that's the first and last time I've seen an actual wig wag in operation. This is some 10 years ago.snowman_w900 Thanks this. -

Try 4 way protection valve on the main air tank that could be faulty
