Lots of drinking on Ice road truckers
Two weeks ago Hugh is shooting his gun out the window.
Last week three of the stars (hughs drivers) are drinking like fish.
Then two drivers are hit for speeding. One 5 days off the ice, one the rest of the year.
They did test for drugs, before being allowed to drive on the "private" ice roads. But drinking is ok?

This weeks episode really bites LOL...
New truck...hit a 4 wheeler sliding through the stop sign...da@#!
The drinking....not a big deal, if you paid attention. Most the guys were down for 24 or more.
Shooting a gun? Didn't see that one. But, what was he really going to hit?
I will have to say these guys are dedicated. I like cold weather...but jeeeezus I ain't driving nowhere without heat under 32 degrees. -
Devoted yes!!! -
I think your taking stuff way out of context OP. The guys that were drinking all had trucks down due to mechanical problems and had time to kill. The gun you are referring to looked like a toy gun that shot little plastic bee bees.
They send these guys home if they are a few miles over the speed limit, I'm pretty sure they have strict testing in place and zero tolerance for driving under the influence.
The silliest thing about this week's episode was the fake animation of the little black pickup pulling in front of the rig before getting hit. It may have looked real the first time, but it looked so fake every time after that.
The most shocking revelation for me about what they do is that a lot of those guys have no heat in the trucks. That one kids cab was so cold that all the moisture inside turned to snow. Thats nuts. -
the gun he shot was a pop gun!!! OMG

It's a great series, but I wish the would explain the rules on when they can drive and when they can't. They said it was like a 36 hour trip back and forth. Surely they don't drive for 36 hrs straight. Maybe they did explain that and i just missed it. It's great T.V, I would like to try and drive it.

No it wasnt just a pop gun.
Ok maybe it wasnt real but it had smoke coming out of it.
Watched it three times.
