Was quite common to see "ladies" dressed as such in OK CITY at the Petro and Pilot (changed to JRS) at Reno Ave and MLK Ave in the 70's and 80's

Funny how those called "ladies" are those we least considered ladies.

That's the office manager getting ready to kick some butt, and it'll cost you at least a C-note just to unzip the jacket, anything else will cost you a truck payment

I've been out here 24 yrs, when I started I'd still see them working the rest areas and a few of the truckstops, T/A Albuquerque was the worst for me, then the authorities and the truckstops decided to start cleaning up, then along came the interwebs, and you could order a nice, cleancut lady to your truck, now, in some areas it's reverting back, last time I was in Albuquerque, there were a couple working the T/A, there were two in a SLC at the Sapp Bros. a couple weeks back too.

My engine died, so I was at Smith Power System down the block from the Sapp Bros. I walked over there because I wanted some chocolate. Nice truckstop, but I didn't see any.

Saw a woman the other day down in Florida, mid 30’s pretty, standing by the left turn lane entrance to the on-ramp with a huge suitcase and a few smaller bags. I had my window down and she looked at me and smiled as I ended up stopping right next to her. company has a no ride policy for guests unless you plan it with them. She was looking for a ride up towards Jacksonville which is exactly where I was heading. She wasn’t a “lot lizard”
I got to chat with her for about 90 seconds and it turns out her boyfriend had thrown her out and she was heading back to family. She seemed sweet and genuine. Her company would have probably been nice, but my truck was pretty grossed out at that moment and o figured I didn’t want to be in trouble with work. you know that driver facing camera that they never use unless there’s an Incident. Lol

Thank the Chinese and Mexican cartels for that. They send the pre coursers to Mexico and it gets synthesized there.

Obviously an opiate addiction is bad but the fentanyl epidemic is wrecking havoc all over. Users that were addicts for 20+ years are dropping like flies with fentanyl
