    Any drivers on the forum working for this account? I have been interested in it solely because of my location in the four corners. I drive locally now, home every night, but getting the itch to go back on the road--but would still like to get home once a week. Seven months OTR with Central Refrigerated before my local gig now (delivering soda). Anyway, if there are any drivers on this account I would love to hear from you.

    I did speak to Swift recruiting about this gig, but they said I had to live within 50 miles of Los Lunas--and while I do not currently live within 50 miles I could easily move down there if there routes proved be solid. He did say with my less than one-year experience I would start at like $.30-32 cpm... not sure how that all works on dedicated accounts though.

    I'd say stay where you are at.. :biggrin_2551:.

    I did the Walmart Account out of Harrisonville Mo DC.
    Oh and I was making like 29.5cpm with 2-3 years exp at the time.

    <edit>
    32cpm sounds like the standard OTR Rate, they usually have different pay scales for the WM and other Dedicated Accts.
    Be sure to TRIPLE check with the recruiter, that that's the correct rate for your exp level and that account.

    walmarts scale is not much higher than otr but you normally get the short haul rates which kinda make up for it. Also walmart has guaranteed pay or at least while doing surge I did which was $750 a week or miles whichever turned out greater. The Target dedicated pays decent but not sure if there is one near you, it does take a little more work compared to the walmart.

    There was no guaranteed pay. It is possible it changed.

    I've been w this account for a few months now. I like it a lot! Home often and it's easy to do. I'm like u w the experience and I was told the same thing. I make .28cpm so that's the only downside

    Four hour wait, have to leave your cb on to hear your name. Every idiot on the same channel talking the whole time (no nap).
    Why can't they get my cell number to call and let me sleep?
