Looking to buy this truck.. is it worth 20k?

The engine is worth more than the truck.

I have no idea where you live or what you plan on doing with it, but you will be banned from the entire state of Cali for the trucks age. I think they've actually enacted that legislation.

 

Go for it. Not Commiefornia compliant though. Good deal. Very rare to find a deal like that.

 

I bought my current truck in my avatar for $22,500 in 2020. It’s a 2013 ISX-15, 13 spd. Now that was a steal……

Dang, had I stayed with the container hauling, this is exactly the kind of truck I was looking at. $20GRAND?? Boy, the market is in worse shape than I thought. Just a glut of semis on FaceBook Marketplace. Great time to buy one, probably the worst time to actually run it down the road.

 

Be ready to replace all gaskets and seals though

youll have 60-80k into that truck in no time

Is it a c or an E model? Trans/rears?

 

20k would get you a hood pre covid, I paid I think 15k for my truck in 2017
