I worked there for 5.5 years. Good equipment, APU/inverters in all trucks, Cascadias, KW T700 and Pete 587s. All reefer and a country music/entertainment division. Not a bad place to work if you want to run.

They have terminals in Eagan, MN; Dover, FL and Caldwell, ID plus a yard in Antioch, TN for the entertainment side. I had issues after a while that became too much to stay. But all in all it wasn't bad.

I'm set up for orientation on Mon here in FL. I'm pretty #### nervous after hearing the horror stories about 1300 mile weeks and sitting at truck stops for days on end. I'm a runner, and the last thing I need is a company that doesn't run. I guess we'll see what happens huh?

News to me too. I don't think the government can force elogs on a company

    yet...

Well, I started orientation with Lessors today. They seem to be a good company that does not mother their drivers. I was told that the average monthly mileage is around 10,000. I'm not too thrilled about that, but they did say that, if you like to run, they'll get you the miles. They run 21 days out, 4 days home with a maximum of 4 weeks out and 6 days home. Basically, 1.5 days off for every week out. The trucks are governed at 65 on the pedal and 68 on cruise. They are very fuel/idle conscious and have apu's and inverters installed on all of the trucks.

The orientation is 2 days. We started at 8:30a.m with plenty of standard paperwork. After the paperwork, we took individual road tests in a Cascadia. Once we finished the road test, it was off to do the drug screening; KFC for lunch, and an afternoon of your standard JJ Keller videos (substance abuse, HOS, sexual harassment, etc.) Since there are only 2 of us in orientation, we were able to breeze through the day...which we finished up with Qualcomm training (they use the MCP 200) and elogs.

If you have any questions, let me know, and I'll try to answer them. I will also try to update this as often as I can.
