Looking for Home Daily

Uhhh not to be rude but having just got your CDL unless your going for something like box truck or dump truck your going to be hard pressed to find someone to hire you right out the gate for home daily. There may be some but id be willing to bet they offer rock bottom rates as well compared to most OTR companys. That said if anyone can find ya a company like that then @Chinatown is your guy.

 

This is my goal as well, if you live near a major port you may be able to find quite a few Local Intermodal Jobs. JB Hunt has a lot of local intermodal near me, but they require 3 months of exp minimum. My current plan is get my CDL, sign on with a mega running regional for a year, I don't like the idea of leaving my first company after 3 months, that looks really bad on a resume, plus I think i'd be cool to do OTR for a year. Then trying to get something local.
