No can't help you. Suggest though, look for a Road Builders or similar type of Contractors Association.
Alberta and BC, both have such organizations. Find the guys in the trade, pick their brain. Good luck

We were a dump truck work with very local mileage. As in extremely local mileage. Boss charge value of gravel plus 20% and then charged I think 20 a ton (Up to around 20 or so) to get it there per load.

We were able and did some 120 ton days depending on range using two trucks swapping after loading. It usually depended on who wanted a whole bunch of rock.

    Tridrive gravel truck $180/hr
    Tandem $165/hr

    6 Axle Combination $190/hr
    7 Axle Combination $205/hr
    8 Axle Combination $225/hr

Take your estimated delivery turnaround times x your hourly rate, divided by your load to get $/ton for costing.
