Thanks for opening. My reason for this post if to find out how to find a dedicated lanes directly from shippers, say warehouses, or certain retail stores etc...
BoundTransports MC has been in business for about 40 days (majority of companies require 60-90 days since active to even fill out a profile) we been getting loads for one of our Dry Vans and 2 26ft straight trucks from your popular load boards such as Dat and Truckstop. As such we’re an asset based company.
We’re not doing bad for starting out, however we do want to continue to grow. I don’t have the knowledge yet to know how to go about getting dedicated lanes.
Ultimately, my question is how do I go about it? Do I speak directly with some shipping managers or do I speak with companies like Schneider, or Landstar, CH Robinson.
I’m fully aware no one just walks up to the big league and says I want to move dedicated freight. They have no clue who we are. How reliable we are etc we need stripes on our belts. In other words it’s something we must earn. Any information will be appreciated. Be safe on the road ladies and gents. Thanks for reading.
