Can a dump load really be compared? You don't have to secure it, but I suppose finding a "backhaul" might be difficult. Wouldn't be too bad if you just ran dedicated.

There’s a Tyson feed mill next door to one our customers. It’s fairly common to see those grain haulers lined up for a half mile or so and just sit there for hours.

I’ll unload and go get another load and the line will not have moved when I come back. It takes me about 45 minutes to unload and about an 1.5 - 2 hours to go get another load and get back.

I often wonder if those pilgrims get paid to sit there hours on end.

Thankfully, we do have any broker loads.

Tyson, no pay to sit, some drivers are paid hourly.
But ingredients usually get to go to different pit than corn/milo BUT some don’t, Spadra, AR tyson has one pit for trucks, one rail only, because the saved money putting a road to the second pit.
