Lighthouse Trucking violates everyday

Beware of lighthouse trucking out of memphis tn. They are terrible, or should I say (HE) is terrible. This company is out of memphis tn and is ran by one or 2 people but I know some guy named OTHA M is for sure the boss. He works you past 12 hours everyday and im speaking of driving hours. He runs old trucks to insure you are able to break the law by doing paper logs. When I was there I pretty much had 2 log books. One to show the officer and another that I turned in to the so called boss. He runs bad trailers and they are all old with lights not working on them and he does not keep up with his yearly trailer inspections and some trailers have bad registration. I was pulled over with one of his bad trailers and the officer told me the registration had been out for a couple years. He also wrote me up for about 5 lights that were out that the so called owner hesitated to get fixed and I had to suffer the consequences. There was another time when I was driving and his bumper came off. It wasn't broken it just got unscrewed and came off. So instead of getting it fixed immediately He just taped it up and it was like that for 3 plus weeks. He still uses checks to pay for gas which is a Hassel because when I went in the stupid gas station with the little check he gave me every single day the cashiers would make me wait because they had customers and had no time to be calling the number on a check and to follow the prompts on the Telephone just to see if the check would go through while making all the other customers wait. Also just to get paid you have to go drove to pick up your check instead of him wiring the money directly to your account which was another huge issue. He paid you every week but you had to drive to some stupid barber shop where he was getting his beard cut just to get your check. This was by far the most irritating trucking company that I have ever drove for. It consists of about 3 to 5 trucks and the trucks are all garbage with lights being out for weeks to registration being bad for years to lieing on logs. He cares nothing about his own company which is a shame. But he likes to ride in the newest cadillac trucks on 26 inch rims. What a joke.
