And I wish you the best of luck.I am probably twice your age,so take it for what it's worth.I am a long-haul flatbedder and I average between 6-720 miles a day. When done for the day-the LAST thing I want to do is walk for 2-3 miles.I don't. When on a re-start I will and in fact LOOK for a gym. Still you have to consider no matter what kind of trucking you do;if its OTR you will have schedules and appointments to honor, you MUST eat and hopefully shower, laundry, and when you shut down for the day most likely will only have 10 hours off-you HAVE to sleep too....As I said-Good Luck. And I mean that.

Why not run around the truck like suggested? Much cheaper and will definitely fit inside truck.

Have you considered (if weather) is bad..Of just walking/running in place inside the Truck? If your worried about distance-buy a pedometer. If your worried about it not being strenuous enough-buy ankle weights.

My ol' High School rasslin:biggrin_2556:nope;wrestling coach had us do this as part of a warm-up and it was all that and more..Doing that now of course would kill me.:biggrin_25511:
