Cops said that I did not approve my previous 4 logs and I got a failure to maintain Lane. He let me off with a warning but he gave me the dot level 3 inspection sheet. Do I have to turn this into my company for will my company hear about this?

It has two violations, but it doesn't have citation numbers next to them. They citation fields are blank.

Yes that inspection report must be signed by co. And returned to state that gave it to you, if you want to sign safety man name on it and send it back and wait for the hammer to fall on your foot, then you can see if they have a co, hired that looks for inspections on their trucks?

They call it a warning, but there is really no such thing as a warning if an inspection is performed. They only call them inspections instead of citations in order to evade their due process obligation. If they wrote it, you are guilty of it. You will have two violations on your PSP report, which will be visible for the next three years to your current employer and any prospective employer. You won't have anything on your state MVR because they didn't write a state citation. Insurance companies can see both your PSP and MVR though. And because there was no state citation, you can't hire a lawyer and fight it in court. Isn't it great to live in a free country?

Oh well. I guess I'm just going to have to bend over and take it. It's nothing new though. I've been bending over and taking it my entire life. What's once more?

You don't have to take it.
Why didn't you approve the 4 previous days logs? If you had, NO VIOLATION.
And the "failure to maintain lane" violation. FOCUS on your driving. AVOID distractions. Quit playing with the phone when driving.
